In 2005 I was commissioned to create a 10 x 5 ft. painting for a soft drink company named Bawls. The drink comes in a very unique Blue glass bottle and is made with Guarana, a berry from Brazil that has lots of caffeine and the taste of cherry and Ginger ale. The drink gives you such a rush of spontaneous energy and in the moments after drinking a bottle, I drew the bottle coming to life with a powerful image of strong man. This was one of the many sketches I made in those times, but it is the only one that survived since one of my sketch books was stolen during Art Basel in Miami, Florida. Ink and Colored Pencil on paper, 14 x 11 inches.
